How to Place your order:
We are doing our best to ship out your orders the fastest possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Please note we ship only on Monday-Friday and shipping time is considered in Business Days.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you return any items back for a refund, shipping is Non Refundable.
Usually shipping time inside the U.S will be about 3-5 business days.
The estimated shipping time will be between 2-4 weeks, depend on your exact location.
Please note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Those fees are under your responsibility and we strongly suggest you will contact your local customs office or post office to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type for merchandise you want to order. Please do that before placing your order and avoid any further inconvenience.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or for exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item for a refund, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with all necessary details and also when we've received and processed the refund for your returned item.
You should expect to receive your new item within few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your exchange more quickly. When returning an item for an exchange please add a note inside your package with your order ID and your new size/color/style.
We'll notify you via e-mail once we've the returned item and will send you the new tracking information for your new item.
Please note: if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you don't need to ship back the mistake you received. please contact us via e-mail ASAP and we will help you resolve any problem.
